A superbly moist cake with a touch of warm spices. Candied ginger is scattered between each layer and on top of a sultry cream cheese butter icing. The outside is gilded with crushed candied walnuts or pecans. Each cake serves 10-20 people depending on how you cut the cake. 10-14 (wedges), 16-20+ (wedding cake cut).
