MONDAY
Kick off the week with this flaky buttery classic that we've taken over the top with our in-house made frangipane that we smear inside and out, then add a topping and a dusting of icing sugar. Available in Almond, Butter Pecan and fruit - they are a terrific taste sensation!
TUESDAY
Our signature pastry that always sells out so get there in the morning. We've jazzed our version with a sweet twist to make them irresistable. Every bite is divine and delicious with a hint of European flair.
THURSDAY
The aroma will have you salivating for these sin-fully amazing buns! Baked in a delicious caramel sauce - they are light, fluffy and totally satisfying. Available in plain and pecan. Get there early - they sell out!

We won't hem you in with the same 'ol same 'ol. Drop by the cafe and see what new pastry has inspired our team to take you into the weekend. Get ready for a taste sensation.

Excellent Coffee
Espresso pulled 'naked' without that pesky extra portafilter to give you the most luxurious crema and full-on flavour. We only use the freshest beans direct from Caliber Coffee's roastery right here in Regina. You can't get fresher than that!

We bake fresh in-house every day. Imagine Grandma's best baking , take it up a notch, give it a twist, and you have artfully presented goodies that will have you craving more!

Owned by CJ Katz, award-winning cookbook author, chef instructor, and long-time host of The Wheatland Café on CTV, expect colourful and artfully presented hand-crafted food and pastries, superb coffee, and a venue that breathes sunlight and living plants.
