Momentum Café is stretching the boundaries of the traditional coffee shop. Co-owned by CJ Katz, award-winning cookbook author, chef instructor, and culinary host of The Wheatland Café on CTV, and Laurie Wall, Regina’s premiere caterer and Celebrationist Extraordinaire at Wallnuts Expressive Catering, expect colourful and artfully presented hand-crafted food and pastries, superb coffee, an artist in residence, and a venue that breathes sunlight and living plants.
